Kr. F.Howell has for several years suffered

from Vericocele of the left testicle.

His condition has been aggravated lately

possibly on account of a more standing occupation and

is at present accompanied with considerable tenderness

of the testicle. On account of this, I should advise

that if possible he might have employment where he would

be less frequently in a standing posture.
